1. What are your operating hours?

-We are 24/7 by appointment basis only.

2. I like to rent a bike, how do we proceed?

To rent a bike, we will need the following:
- A valid motorcycle license
- Your NRIC (front and back with selfie verification)
- Refundable deposit ($100)

3. I’m a p plate holder. Can I rent?

- Yes, we welcome p plate riders and there are no additional charges.

4. Can I ride the bike into Malaysia?

- Yes you can. We will require all riders to inform us prior to entering Malaysia.

5. Can I use the bike for commercial purposes? (E.g Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo)

- Yes you can use the bike for commercial purposes. Do note that you should have an account created and we do not provide the bike details for account related queries.

6. Do you provide long term leasing options?

- Yes, please contact us to find out more.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept payment through Paynow only, name to be indicated in the reference section.

8. What is the return time?

- The return time is the same as the collection time. We have a 30-minute grace period, extra charges will apply for late return.
